Veterans Services

Suwannee County Veterans Services counsels, advises, and assists resident Suwannee county veterans in their state and federal rights and benefits. Some benefits are, but not limited to, VA compensation and pension claims, educational benefits, housing benefits, and tax exemptions. Office hours are M-F 8am-5pm, and every 3rd Friday of the month from 8:30-11 am at ACV in Dowling park. email is [email protected] phone is 386 364 3403 office is located within the Suwannee County Building Department complex.

Suwannee County Flag
Disposal Program

The Flag Disposal Box is a free service offered to the community, by Suwannee County Parks and Recreation and Suwannee County Veterans Services, that provides an official disposal of retired American Flags.

It is located at the Veterans Park on the corner of Pine Avenue and Howard Street (US 90).
