Suwannee County is in the process of converting to Bonfire for all formal solicitations. This conversion is expected to take place between May 1st, 2025, and July 1st, 2025. All solicitations documents must be obtained as noted below.

Suwannee County BCC Purchasing Policy 

Prior to May 1st, 2025:

All documentations for solicitations posted prior to June 1st, 2025, are available on Demandstar.com.

Beginning June 1st, 2025:

All formal solicitations posted on or after June 1st, 2025, please visit the County’s e-Procurement portal, suwanneecountyfl.bonfirehub.com. In order to received notifications for projects or utilize e-submitting, vendors must register.

Where can I view the current solicitations?

Current solicitations after June 1st, 2025, are available via the Suwannee County BCC Bonfire portal. Solicitations are available for view and download of documents, however to utilize the e-submission within Bonfire or receive notifications of projects, vendors must register.
