Suwannee County Board of County Commissioners is currently seeking applicants for Library Aide I
This is a casual position with the Suwannee River Regional Library system at the Live Oak Public Library. This position will extend until August 22, 2026. Examples of work performed include checking books in and out for patrons, answering directional questions, shelving books and other library materials, keeping shelves and collections in order, and providing general assistance.
Minimum qualifications include a partial high school education and experience with the internet and computer software and must have a valid Florida Driver’s License. Library experience is desired. Applicants are encouraged to submit resumes, letters of reference, and other biographical information with their application.
The minimum salary is $15.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
