Purchasing

The mission of the Purchasing Department is to procure goods and services in accordance with the County’s Purchasing Administrative Regulations, in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner. The Department ensures that County funds are expended in a fiscally responsible manner and that all commodities and services are procured at the lowest possible cost in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
